Our Original Hot is back!
Based off of everyone's favourite Louisianan hot sauce, this number balances hot pepper sauce and tangy-sweet raw apple cider vinegar with a more chilli-focused ratio.
Lacto-fermented and unpasteurised, as always, this one's perfect for those spice lovers who prefer a medium heat that doesn't skimp on flavour.
As with all of our Raw collection, the choice is yours whether to store in the fridge as instructed, or at the back of the cupboard to allow the sauce to age and develop. But you wouldn't do that, right? And I wouldn't recommend you do that either.... right? No, you should definitely not do that. No-one can handle that depth of flavour...
