Our Garlic Hot is back!

A straight-forward blend of our Original Hot and fermented Chinese garlic, for an extra funky-fiery punch.

Lacto-fermented and unpasteurised, as always, this one's perfect for those spice lovers who prefer a medium heat that doesn't skimp on flavour.

As with all of our Raw collection, the choice is yours whether to store in the fridge as instructed, or at the back of the cupboard to allow the sauce to age and develop. But you wouldn't do that, right? And I wouldn't recommend you do that either.... right? No, you should definitely not do that. No-one can handle that depth of flavour...
