Hash House & Friends bring you an evening of Louisianan inspired offerings with our own little twist, showcasing seasonal British seafood alongside some reworked classics.
The provisional menu is as follows but is subject to change...
- Fried fish salad.
- Bacon brown butter-washed bourbon & fermented garlic honey cornbread.
- A selection of seasonal seafood, with broth.
- Buttermilk corn ribs.
- Dessert??? Potentially.
We ask that you arrive between 6pm and 6:20pm to allow enough time to be seated for service to commence at 6:35pm, on Tuesday 11th June.
The evening will take place at Garden Kitchen, 158 Devonshire Street, S3 7SG.
The price listed is for two people as the dishes will be made to share. If you are intending to come as a group larger than two, please let us know as soon as possible after purchase so we can ensure preparations for you to be sat together.
Alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for sale on the evening.
Unfortunately we cannot cater for people with vegetarian or vegan diets for this event.
