Hash Pipes goes Basque - Tuesday 11th March

Piper's, Hash House, Quality Ferments and The Wonky Labrador bring you an evening of Basque inspired offerings with a hefty Hash Pipes twist, showcasing quality British produce in many of its forms.

• PINTXO - Pan con tomate, Gilda snag

• MUSHROOM - Seared Sheffield mushrooms, cured egg yolk

• SOUP - Ttoro, smoked fish chistorra

• STEW - Sulkaki, greens, Ossau Iraty crisp

• SWEET - Carolina Bilbao, Basque cider honeycomb

We ask that you arrive between 6:50pm and 7:10pm to allow enough time to be seated for service to commence at 7:30pm, on Tuesday 11th March.

The event will take place at The Wonky Labrador, 212 Oakbrook Road, S11 7ED.

The price listed is for one person and does not include drinks. If you are intending to come as a group larger than two, please let us know as soon as possible after purchase so we can ensure preparations for you to be sat together, due to limited table sizes. Larger groups may be split over neighbouring tables and pairs may be sat on a larger table together.

Alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for sale on the evening, including a cider pairing selection curated by Quality Ferments.

Unfortunately we cannot cater for people with vegetarian or vegan diets for this event.
