An Introduction to Lion's Mane Cultivation

Ever wanted to learn more about growing mushrooms at home from a, dare we say, professional?

Well, Seven Mushrooms are teaming up with the lovely lot at Groke to bring you an evening workshop on all things mushroom cultivation!

Through the lens of Seven Mushrooms' specialism in lion's mane, we'll show you how you too can grow mushrooms at home in an easy and accessible way. From the workshop you will be provided the basic knowledge and your own grow at home bag to take away and begin or continue your journey into mycology and mushroom cultivation.

The ticket includes:

• Welcome drink on arrival, courtesy of our host Groke Coffee.
• Hands on "make your own grow bag" segment.
• A wee break for some delicious mushroom-based hot snacks.
• Step-by-step walk through of colonisation stages (what to watch out for etc.).
• Q&A.
• Ongoing support with your grow at home bag after the workshop.

The workshop will take place at Groke Coffee, 1A Kelham Sq, Sheffield, S3 8RY on Thursday 12th March. We ask that you arrive between 6:15pm and 6:30pm so we can begin promptly at 6:40pm.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for sale on the evening, as will the full range of Seven Mushrooms dry produce, which you can find listed right here if you can't wait!
